At Qui Solutions we believe that attitude is everything.

Our fundamental survival depends greatly upon it, and years of research has shown that individuals who understand the link between how we think, behave, feel and our general health and well-being, are more likely to survive some of the ups and downs we face in our daily lives, most importantly, our reponses to stress. The positive thinking that typically comes with optimism is a key part of effective stress management, and effective stress management is associated with many health benefits, benefits which extend to many other parts of our lives.

Positive thinking is not just about how we think about general things which happen to us, but also about how we think and feel about ourselves. Low self-esteem can create situations where we make poor decisions due to the fact tat we may not believe we deserve anything better, decisions which affect our relationships, career choices, family, money and life goals. Confidence, positive thinking and an attitude which embraces gratitude can assist us in our mindset. Sometimes refered to as 'self-talk', our mindset or the internal voice we have inside of us can propel us towards better coping skills and a smoother transition throughout life's journey.
